Weaponizing the State Department and DOJ Against Pro Palestine Activists & Collaboration with Canary Mission

In Orwellian fashion, the Trump Administration weaponized the State Department to revoke student visas just for speaking out against apartheid and genocide and used Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a part of the Department of Justice, to deport those who spoke out against Israel. The excuse was that they were supporting Hamas, a terrorist group. The excuse given by Secretary of State Marco Rubio is shameful because attorneys in the administration warned against trying to use this excuse because they doubted its legality. The freedom of speech accorded in the First Amendment of the United States Constitution applies to noncitizens as well as citizens. It is not unlawful to criticize U.S. foreign policy or a foreign state. Whenever judges rules against the administration's actions, President Trump fired those judges. Rumeysa Ozturk of Turkey, a graduate student at Tufts University, was surrounded by masked people and snatched from the street in Medford, Massachusetts, detained, and deported just for writing an opinion piece about Palestine and Israel. Mohsen Mandate was detained at his citizenship interview with Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("USCIS"). What happened to due process of law?
