U.S. Government Censorship
The U.S. revoked hundreds of student visas and moved to deport them, citing "pro-Hamas" comments. Are these students pro Hamas or pro Palestinian rights and against occupation, apartheid and genocide? What will the courts say to First Amendment challenges, like the lawsuit filed by Mahmoud Khalil this summer?

Continued Efforts to Pass Bills to Adopt International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s (IHRA) definition of antisemitism
The objection is that the expanded definition stifles criticism of Israel because it includes claiming the state of Israel is a racist endeavor and comparing contemporary Israeli policies to those of the Nazis. Israel is racist. And its annihilation of Gaza and the apartheid state and murder of more than 700,000 people should be scrutinized. While it is important to guard against discrimination against Jews, it is also important not to let antisemitism be weaponized to stifle speech concerning Israel.
