We are witnessing Orwellian censorship concerning Palestine. Larry Ellison's foray into traditional and social media can only be described as an effort to silence criticism of Israel. The second wealthiest man in the world is CEO of Oracle, the Silicon Valley software company, and a devout Zionist. After October 7, 2023, Israeli and American politicians and tech titans ruminated over the groundswell of support for Palestinians as expressed in new media, such as Tik Tok. Suddenly, people like Hillary Clinton and Mitt Romney spoke to audiences decrying the scourge of new media and raising the alarm of the younger generations and their support for Palestinians, as it were outrageous to speak out against genocide, starvation and apartheid. Even though traditional media has had an iron pro-Israel grip on American news ever since the 1950s, and even though support for Israel has been overwhelming in the American legislature, new media has not had such control. Enter the tech-billionaires who would seek to control the new media to keep it more in line with traditional media, and Israel.

So Congress started talking about the evils of Tik Tok, but claimed it was about national security and Chinese spying on Tik Tok users.

But then Trump made China (and parent company ByteDance) sell Tik Tok to fellow Zionist Larry Ellison.
